- ZAELANE TAKES PRIDE IN ITS CRAFTSMANSHIP OF GARMENT MAKING. MAKING SURE THAT EVERY PIECE IS MADE WITH THE HIGHEST-QUALITY OF SPECIFIC FABRICS SELECTED AND EVERY PRODUCT IS CONSTRUCTED TO THE HIGHEST ABILITY. IN THE CASE THE CUSTOMERS GARMENT IS DAMANGED AND/OR DEFECTED, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE CUSTOMER SUBMITS A MESSAGE VIA THE BRANDS CONTACT FORM CLICK BETWEEN PARENTHESIS (CONTACT ZAELANE – Zaelane). CUSTOMERS ARE ASKED TO GIVE THEIR NAME, PHONE NUMBER, AND DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES AND/OR DEFECTS TO THEIR GARMENT. SEVERITY OF DAMAGES/DEFECTS WILL DETERMINE SERVICE FEES FOR REPAIRS. HOWEVER, IF CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT GARMENT IS DAMAGED/DEFECTED AT LEAST 14 DAYS UPON THEIR PURCHASE AND/OR RECIEVEMENT OF PRODUCT AND IS INSPECTED AS UNALTERED WITH DAMAGES MADE PRIOR TO DELIVERY, ALL REPAIR SERVICES WILL BE CONPENSATED. IF IN THE CASE THE CUSTOMERS GARMENT IS DEEMED UNREPAIRABLE AND THEY SUBMITTED THEIR REQUEST 14 DAYS WITHIN THEIR PURCHASE OF PRODUCT AND DAMAGES/DEFECTS TO THE GARMENT WERE MADE PRIOR TO DELIVERY, THE CUSTOMERS GARMENT CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR A NEW ONE.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE OF PRODUCT. CUSTOMERS ARE RECOMMENDED TO SUBMIT A MESSAGE VIA THE BRANDS CONTACT FORM CLICK BETWEEN PARENTHESIS (CONTACT ZAELANE – Zaelane). CUSTOMERS ARE ASKED TO GIVE THEIR NAME, PHONE NUMBER, AND IF THERE IS ANY SPECIFIC REASONING FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. REFUNDS CAN BE TRANSFERED VIA PAYMENT METHOD USED FOR INITIAL PURCHASE.
APPOINTMENTS/FITTINGS
- APPOINTMENTS ARE EXCLUSIVE TO "CUSTOM COUTURE" AND "CUSTOM READY-TO-WEAR STYLING". THE FIRST APPOINTMENT MADE FOR EVERY INQUIRY IS COMPLIMENTARY. THE FIRST APPOINTMENT IS SOLELY FOR CUSTOMERS TO MEET THE TEAM, DISCUSS THEIR VISIONS FOR THE INQUIRY, AND DISCUSS WITH THE TEAM THE DURATION OF CONSTRUCTION PROCESS, QUANTITY AND FITTING PROCESS, AND PRICING. IF PROJECT IS DECIDED TO MOVE FORWARD, A MANDATORY OF TWO FITTINGS ARE REQUIRED FOR PROPER FITTNG AND MEASUREMENT TAKING. PRICING OF THESE TWO MANDATORY APPOINTMENTS WILL BE DISCUSSED DURING FIRST INITIAL APPOINTMENT ALONG WITH OTHER PRICINGS FOR PROJECT.
- ALL "CUSTOM COUTURE" APPOINTMENTS MUST BE INQUIRIED 90 DAYS PRIOR TO DATE NEEDED TO BE FINISHED. ZAELANE TAKES CRUCIAL MEASUREMENTS TO PERFECTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF COUTURE, THERFORE TIME IS ALLOTED FOR ANY PRECISE TECHNIQUES NEEDED FOR SPECIFIC TYPES OF GARMENTS.
- ALL "CUSTOM READY-TO-WEAR STYLING" APPOINTMENTS MUST BE INQUIRED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DATE NEEDED TO BE FINISHED.

- ZAELANE OFFERS STYLING SERVICES THAT PROVIDE A SELECTION OF ZAELANE ONE OF ONE GARMENTS AND ARCHIVED GARMENTS FOR CUSTOMERS TO RENT FOR SPECIAL EVENTS. BOOKING OUR STYLING SERVICES CAN BE DONE BY SUBMITTING AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST CLICK BETWEEN PARENTHESIS (CONTACT ZAELANE – Zaelane). ALL GARMENTS USED IN STYLED LOOKS CHOOSEN ARE TO BE RETURNED 7 DAYS AFTER CUSTOMERS EVENT.
